Chef Anne has extensive experience cooking healthy meals for families and individuals; organizing intimate dinner parties for executives, business leaders and elected officials; and directing complex social events, including black tie galas, large charity events and political fundraisers.
Anne’s thriving career as a chef began in Chicago working at some of the city’s best restaurants, including serving as Executive Pastry Chef at Wolfgang Puck Catering. After leaving the pastry kitchen and moving to Washington DC, Anne got back to what she had focused on in culinary school: healthy but delicious cooking covering a variety of dietary needs. Her culinary talents are enhanced by her travel experiences, having cooked abroad in Southern Spain, Tuscany, Argentina, Brazil and Thailand.
Her personal chef business caters to anyone too busy to make healthy meals at home and those interested in making better choices for a healthy life. She is committed to holistic cooking by choosing seasonal and organic products. Anne’s knowledge of alternative ingredients allows her to make delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes for her clients, as well as accommodate those with any food allergies, including gluten and dairy.
