Irish Whiskey Highball with Lemon and Passion Fruit 

 

A California twist on a classic Irish Whisky Highball,  make these for St. Patrick’s Day or anyday! 

Yield  1 Cocktail

Ingredients
2 ounces Irish Whiskey

4 ounces soda water (try ginger ale or ginger beer, for a sweeter spin*)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, the juice from about half a lemon

1 tablespoon Small Hand Cocktails Passion Fruit Syrup (if passion fruit isn’t your jam, try sugar cane syrup). 

Method
Pour all ingredients into an  ice-filled highball glass or any tall glass.  Garnish with a slice of lemon and enjoy!
