PRIVATE PARTIES AND MULIT-COURSE DINNERS

  • Specializing in cooking multi-course dinners utilizing local Californian ingredients that highlight global flavors. These bespoke menus are best enjoyed by smaller groups in intimate settings of 8-20 guests.

  • Event planning and vendor sourcing, including conceptualization and coordinating all components including sous chefs, staff, rentals, styling components and special touches.

 

FOOD START-UP ADVISING & CULINARY MARKETING

Nutritional Education

  • Worked with food/tech company, Shef, Inc., to create informational and educational materials to encourage partnering chefs to cook healthier meals and revamp their menu offerings to attract more health-conscious customers.  

Food-Related Marketing & Writing

  • Writing food-related content for leading food/tech app for multi-platform use, interviewing company’s partnering chefs for human interest articles.  

  • Helping food app client create effective and creative ways to market their product to specific target audiences through new filter categories, writing food-themed copy for user prompts of company’s app and online marketplace.

  • Advising food brand client on promotional recipes to support product marketing, as well as research and discover target market groups.
